岩手県水沢市(現奥州市)出身の「仙台らーめんみずさわ屋」店主が子供の頃から食べてきた水沢の味を宮城仙台の地にて再現。鶏や豚の動物系スープと昆布や椎茸、煮干し等の出汁を絶妙な配合でブレンドし、醤油で味を整えました。

「仙台みずさわ屋」ならではのスッキリ・あっさりスープに絡む麺はストレート細麺。だし香る昔ながらの味わいで地元の方に愛されています。

The owner of Sendai Ramen Mizusawaya, who is from Mizusawa City (now Oshu City) in Iwate Prefecture, has recreated the taste of Mizusawa Ramen that he has enjoyed since childhood in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. The soup is made with an exquisite blend of chicken and pork broth, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, dried sardines, and other ingredients, and flavored with soy sauce.

The noodles are straight and thin, and are perfectly blended with the clear, light soup that only "Sendai Mizusawaya" can provide. The soup has a traditional flavor with a dashi aroma and is loved by the locals.
