玄米の甘みを味わえる、やさしい味に仕上がってます。

ビタミン、ミネラル豊富な玄米の栄養素の約６割を含む胚芽の部分を独自の精米製法によりその発芽だけをで残した白米「胚芽白米66」で 炊き上げたお粥です。
「胚芽白米」は、普通の白と同じ感覚で胚芽の栄養が摂れる白米です。

「低たんぱく米」といわれる「ゆきひかり」を100％使用！
トロリとした食感を目指した土鍋でコトコト炊いたような炊き上がりでです。
北海道産有機栽培米を丁寧に精米し、浄水機で不純物を取り除いた水を使用して炊きあげました。
かくし味に使用する塩は自然海塩「海の精」を使用した、アレルギーの方にも安心してお召し上がりいただける白かゆです。

This rice porridge is cooked with "germ white rice 66", which is white rice with only the germ left by our original rice polishing process, and contains about 60% of nutrients of brown rice rich in vitamins and minerals.
